The course is taught by experienced swim coaches who will give every swimmer an appropriate challenge. Depending on your level, you will swim in a beginner or more experienced lane, from seasoned triathletes and former swimmers, to beginners ready for a new challenge. <\/p>

You don’t have to be a member of SPONS. The only requirement is the ability to swim two lanes (50m) of breaststroke. <\/p>

Tip! You can keep taking the course repeatedly to keep improving your level!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
