SPONS is the one and only student swimming association in Amsterdam. Focussing on water, fun and sportsmanship. At SPONS you can train but also have fun. After the trainging we like a drink at our local pub. You can also join swimming competitions, such as the NSZK where student assiciations from all over the Netherlands come to compete and party! Next to trainings, drinks and competitions we also organize many fun activities, such as the indroduction weekend, the winterSPONS, chistmas diner, a prim and a closing party.
