Target audience
The course is taught by experienced swim coaches who will give every swimmer an appropriate challenge. Depending on your level, you will swim in a beginner or more experienced lane, from seasoned triathletes and former swimmers, to beginners ready for a new challenge.
You do not need to be a student or a member of SPONS. The only requirement to join is that you need to have a Dutch A & B diploma, or be able to swim two lanes (50m) of breaststroke uninterrupted.
Tip! You can keep taking the course repeatedly to keep improving your level!

Next swimmingcourse
The next swimming course is the november course. This course takes place on the following dates:
November 14, 21 and 28, December 5, 12 and 19 and January 9, 16 and 23.
Where: Het Marnixbad
Duration: 9 sessions, 1 per week
When: Thursday evening 22:00-23:00

Pricing
Students*: € 40,-
Non-students: € 55,-
* The student rate also applies to graduates in academic year 2022-2023.
Prices do not include a €10 deposit for the Marnixbad entrance band.
Transaction fee: € 0.30 (iDEAL)
